Site layouts for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing different parts of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
More images disclosed as part of the continuing congressional release.
